We provide in-person and virtual nutritional coaching, dietary counseling and education to support weight loss, increase healthspan, thrive athletic performance and manage nutritional conditions.

Nama’s philosophy is centered around balancing our hormones, repairing the gut and lowering inflammation to be able to thrive.

Whoever you are and whatever your current lifestyle is, we modify our plans so they are unique to you. Dietary strategies we use include, mindful eating, lowering intake of unrefined processed foods and increasing intake of foods providing nourishment to our body, mind and soul.

Consultations

Our 1-1 dietary and nutrition counselling will provide you with the necessary tools to kick start your journey. If you are looking for a little step in the right direction without long-term commitment to a plan, this is for you.

Initial consultation (60 – 75 minutes)

Our initial consultation will set the groundwork for you. It will involve a detailed assessment of your current lifestyle, medical & diet history, nutritional intake, supplements and other areas that may need to be addressed. We will talk about food, lifestyle, the mind and anything else that you need from us.

Using a holistic, functional and realistic approach, we will then come up with a tailor-made plan for you.

Follow up (45 – 60 minutes)

This is where we review the progress you’ve made, any challenges you face. We will also tweak your plan and add separate goals depending on your progress. Through each of your sessions, we will educate and empower you to be the best version of yourself.

Programs

Our 8-week program helps individuals make small, sustainable changes to their lifestyle to improve their current nutrition intake and eat better.

We will start with an initial consultation, understand your body and create a personal action plan for you. We will then meet every 2 weeks and make tweaks or additions to the plan. The main focus here is to make practical changes to your current lifestyle to benefit your health. Weight loss comes as a by-product of the plan, but it is not fast, nor unrealistic.

Throughout the 8 weeks, you will be educated on nutritional principles and made to understand the how’s and why’s of the principles you learn. We will empower you, educate you and help you build a healthier relationship with food.

Meal Plans

Our meal plans are tailored to your individual needs of weight loss, gain or maintenance. Following our integral strategies of eating real, whole and processed foods based on our philosophy, we will formulate personalized week-long meal plans for you.

We will have an initial consultation, understand your needs and generate meal plans using your food preferences, likes and dislikes to help you reach your goals.
